Project Summary:

We were instructed to prepare detailed Schedules of Condition for this mid-terrace building in relation to a programme of external refurbishment and redecoration. The property, which consists of a ground-floor commercial unit with residential maisonettes above, underwent extensive maintenance to both its front and rear elevations.

Our role was to provide a professional baseline documenting the state of the property both pre-work and post-work. These inspections specifically covered the rendered masonry, timber sash windows, and communal entrance doors to ensure a comprehensive record of the building’s condition throughout the project.
