Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) surveys, provide important information about maintenance costs during the life cycle of a building. This provides a better understanding of the current condition and repair costs of real estate assets, enabling you to plan the necessary investment to ensure each element of the building performs as intended.

This is an especially useful tool for forward planning the maintenance requirements and costs relating to large residential or commercial properties with multiple interests that are subject to annual auditing. Following a detailed inspection of the building we provide a report summarising the condition and repairs required to the building and a 5 or 10 year maintenance programme or asset management plan to include life cycle costs of a building.

Sometimes these programmes are required for tax or accounting purposes and referred to as Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) surveys.
