Focus Consulting prepared a terminal schedule of dilapidations and quantified demand for the 2nd floor of The Lion Building following a 10-year lease expiry. Our assessment identified key “wants of repair”, including internal redecoration, floor covering replacements, and joinery repairs.

The claim included the reinstatement of partition walls to restore the original open-plan layout, alongside professional fees and MEP services testing. This ensured the premises met all lease covenants and protected the landlord’s asset value.
