Project Summary:

We were instructed by the landlord of a boutique hotel to prepare a Schedule of Dilapidations ahead of lease expiry. Our survey included the full internal and external areas, identifying defects, deterioration and unauthorised alterations.

We produced a Scott Schedule and Quantified Demand outlining the costed works required to meet the tenant’s repairing, decorating and reinstatement obligations, covering external envelope repairs, internal finishes, services and compliance items.
