Prepared a Schedule of Dilapidations on behalf of the landlord for a multi-floor retail property previously occupied as a bank. The assessment reviewed the property’s condition against lease obligations and identified disrepair across the external fabric, roof coverings, windows, internal finishes, and services. The schedule also included the removal of tenant-installed alterations and fixtures, with a requirement to reinstate the open-plan layout on the ground floor.
