Our role was to provide a detailed assessment of the property at the end of a long-term lease, ensuring all tenant repair and redecoration obligations were properly identified and costed.

The claim covered essential works, including roof repairs, masonry repointing, electrical testing, and full internal redecoration to return the building to the required leasehold standard.
