Project Summary:

The project involved the roof recovering and associated render repairs for a four-storey residential building in Hove. The works, administered under a JCT Minor Works Building Contract, included the removal of existing waterproofing from roof details, the installation of a new high-performance warm roof system, and repairs to parapet walls and chimneys using a breathable lime render. The project was completed to a high standard by the appointed contractor, achieving practical completion and securing a 25-year manufacturer’s warranty.
