Project Summary:

We carried out a reinstatement cost assessment of a purpose-built residential development in Worthing on behalf of the residents’ association. The development comprises 22 apartments arranged across three interconnected blocks, together with garages and landscaped external areas. Following an inspection of the property, an assessment was undertaken using BCIS data and local construction rates to determine the appropriate insurance reinstatement value, helping to ensure the building is adequately insured against the cost of rebuilding following a major loss.
