Project Summary:

We were instructed to serve Party Structure Notices under the Party Wall etc. Act 1996 for the proposed demolition of a redundant and structurally unsound garage block at Shoreham Water Supply Works. The works affected a party structure on the boundary with the adjoining owner, UK Power Networks. Notices were served to facilitate the safe demolition of the garages and the subsequent erection of new boundary fencing, ensuring the protection of the adjoining owner’s property, which includes an electrical substation.
