Project Summary:

We conducted a comprehensive measured survey of the first-floor office space. The instruction required the production of accurate floor plans in strict accordance with International Property Measurement Standards (IPMS) to facilitate a new lease agreement.

The survey accurately captured the complex internal geometry of the first floor, which features a total office area of 307.4 m². Our team produced detailed existing floor plans and a formalized lease plan, clearly delineating the demised premises and communal areas. This professional baseline ensures that both the landlord and the tenant have a precise, RICS-compliant record of the floor area for valuation and legal purposes.
