We carried out a Level 3 Building Survey of a detached three-bedroom rural property with extensive grounds and multiple outbuildings near Fletching, East Sussex. The inspection assessed the condition of the main house, garage, stables, annexe, and ancillary structures, together with the property’s services, drainage arrangements, and external areas. The survey identified a range of maintenance and repair requirements, including roof repairs, chimney defects, insulation improvements, service inspections, and significant deterioration to several outbuildings. The report provided detailed recommendations and budget guidance to help the client make an informed purchasing decision and understand future maintenance liabilities.
