Project Summary:

This project involves a Level 3 Building/Structural Survey of a four-storey Regency-style terraced property, believed to have been constructed around 1845. The property is a Grade II listed building. The property retains many original features and has undergone some recent renovations. The survey identified various areas requiring attention, both internally and externally, including the roof, chimneys, external walls, windows, and drainage. The survey also noted potential issues regarding previous alterations and compliance with listed building consent.
