Project Summary:

We acted as principal designer and contract administrator for external refurbishment works to a residential building with ongoing water ingress and damp issues. Our inspection and drone survey identified failed roof coverings, defective flashing and inappropriate past repairs.

The works included full renewal of the pitched and flat roofs, replacement of damaged decking, insulation upgrades, re-rendering parapet walls and improvements to rainwater goods. Internal damp-affected plaster was also removed and reinstated. The project restored the building’s weather tightness and resolved long-standing damp issues.
