Project Summary:

Managed the external refurbishment of a seven-storey residential block on Brighton’s seafront, addressing weather-related defects and water ingress. The team prepared a detailed scope of works covering render and timber repairs, redecorations, slate tile replacements, and specialist DOFF steam cleaning of the glazed brickwork. Working closely with structural engineers to resolve parapet and penthouse issues, we oversaw a project from specification to completion, coordinating access with neighbouring properties and ensuring CDM compliance to restore the building’s integrity and protect it against the harsh marine environment.
