Acting as principal designer and contract administrator for this seven-storey higher-risk building, we are managing a complex programme of structural remediation and waterproofing. The works include replacing failed penthouse lintels, extensive brickwork repointing, and thermal upgrades. We navigate the strict BSR Gateway requirements, maintaining the ‘Golden Thread’ of information to deliver a safe, compliant, and future-proofed asset.
