Project Summary:

We managed external refurbishment and damp remediation works. Following detailed inspections and thermographic surveys, the project addressed damp issues in the basement hallway and deterioration to external render.

The works included internal tanking and replastering, replacement of joinery and decorations, repairs to blown render with lime render, waterproofing of the storage unit roof, new lead flashings, and full redecoration of external surfaces.
