Project Summary:

We conducted a comprehensive aerial drone survey and condition report for this substantial multi-storey property to safely assess areas inaccessible by traditional methods. Using high-resolution imagery, we inspected the main roof slopes, chimneys, and rainwater goods, identifying defects such as slipped tiles, moss growth, and necessary chimney repointing.

By utilising drone technology, we provided the client with a clear visual baseline of the building’s health without the cost or disruption of scaffolding. Our report set out prioritised remedial works to ensure the property remains watertight and to protect the integrity of its historic fabric.
