Project Summary:

We were appointed by the landlord to prepare a terminal schedule of dilapidations across all five units. Our inspection assessed each space against its separate lease, uncovering extensive unauthorised alterations that linked the units, including doorways cut through main walls. We also identified numerous bespoke installations requiring removal, such as server rooms, a commercial kitchen, and non-compliant partition walls.

The result is a comprehensive, multi-part schedule of dilapidations that provides a detailed and costed breakdown of breaches for each unit.
