Project Summary:

We were appointed to prepare a 10-Year Maintenance Plan for a residential block, assessing the condition of the external fabric, roof, and internal common areas. The inspection, supported by drone surveys and internal reviews, identified essential catch-up maintenance and set out a phased schedule of work to support long-term budgeting. Key recommendations included repairs to the asphalt flat roof and rooftop plant room, measures to address water ingress at the communal terrace, external redecorations and render repairs, replacement of non-compliant fire doors, and upgrades to communal finishes and boundary structures.
