Project Summary:

Undertake a comprehensive building survey of a modern, three-storey, four-bedroom semi-detached house. The property was found to be in generally good condition, consistent with its age. Our inspection identified a number of minor defects requiring attention, including missing fencing sections in the rear garden, vegetation growth on the driveway, and a leaking gutter joint above the garage. Internally, we noted non-operational window handles, shrinkage cracking requiring cosmetic repair, and a shower tray in need of resealing. We recommended the purchaser obtains quotes for these repairs and that their legal advisors secure all relevant warranties and service histories prior to purchase.
