Project Summary:

Following a comprehensive inspection of a residential building in Eastbourne, we developed a 10-Year Maintenance Plan outlining a phased approach for repairs and long-term budgeting. The inspection covered the external fabric, common areas, grounds, and specific flats. Immediate priorities include repairing the external render, replacing a failed roof, fixing widespread mastic failure, and addressing water ingress issues. The plan culminates in year 10 with the full replacement of the main roof and all uPVC windows to ensure the building’s longevity and manage capital expenditure.
