COVID 19 BUSINESS CONTINUITY STATEMENT

These are obviously unsettling and unprecedented times for us all. Focus Consulting have made contingency plans to keep going through the current pandemic as safely and efficiently as possible.

We have had to temporarily close our office and put our contingency plans into action. All employees are now working remotely. At present, we are still working during normal office hours. Any messages or calls made to the main telephone number will be responded to as normal. We will be monitoring any messages left and distributing them as appropriate and will get back to you as soon as possible. Alternatively, please keep sending emails as this service will be unaffected.

We are continuing to monitor the Coronavirus situation and follow Government and RICS guidelines. This means that physical meetings, inspections and site visits will be suspended for the time being except in exceptional urgent circumstances where safe access and distances can be achieved. However, video conference calls and meetings can replicate much of this face to face activity. If construction works cannot be undertaken in accordance with these guidelines they should not continue. Where they do, we have asked the relevant Contractors to provide updated risk assessments and method statements and photographic records as works progress.

We also have details of a number of contractors providing emergency repairs services. The virus and the national / global economic impact will eventually come under control and at that time we aim to be in the best place possible to hit the ground running. In the meantime, we will continue with our best professional endeavours to continue to serve you in the current circumstances we find ourselves in.
