As part of this commitment, our team welcomed ICB Waterproofing to our Hove office to deliver a RIBA-approved CPD seminar on Fire Safety – Flat Roof Compliance.
The seminar explored key fire safety considerations for flat roof design and specification. It covered current regulations, fire performance standards and the factors that influence the fire resistance of roofing systems.
The presentation included updates to the Building Regulations, the role of Approved Document B, fire testing and classification, and design considerations for insulation and waterproofing systems.
