We are thrilled to announce that we have promoted Iain Staines to the position of director at Focus Consulting! After 25 years at the helm, Tony has finally decided to share the reins of the company. Ultimately, there isn’t anyone better suited for this role than Iain.
In 2014, Iain joined the company shortly after graduating in building surveying from the University of Brighton. Since then, he has gone from strength to strength and gained his full chartership in 2022. Iain has grown significantly through his experience and knowledge. Specifically, he now specialises in contract administration.
Furthermore, his quiet determination and problem-solving skills have helped further his career. Above all else, Iain’s personable character has earned him a well-respected and truly liked reputation. As a result, Iain has proven himself to be a great team leader. He is currently helping guide the rest of the team through their APC journey toward chartership with RICS.
