We are working on an exciting new project in Swanley, Kent to build 3 new 3-bedroom bungalows. The site is in a great location within the M25 and has great connections to London and Tunbridge Wells. The luxury bungalows will have a high-end finished specification and come with generous gardens and private access.Focus Consulting are acting as Contract Administrator, Principal Designer and Project Manager for the development. The site will be eco-friendly as we will be installing air-source heat pumps and underfloor heating throughout. The structure of the bungalows will be made from Structurally Insulated Panels by Kingspan TEK. These panels are formed off site and can be built together within days and offer incredible thermal performance and air tightness.
Construction is due to start at the end of this year!
