Dilapidations Advice

A schedule of dilapidations is prepared either at the end of a lease (terminal schedule) or during the course of the lease (interim schedule) to set out the repairs required under the terms of the lease.

We have extensive experience in acting for both the Landlord to prepare and serve a schedule of dilapidations, or for the tenant to review and negotiate such a schedule with the landlord’s surveyor and reach a schedule of dilapidations is prepared either at the end of a lease (terminal schedule) or during the course of the lease (interim schedule) to set out the repairs required under the terms of the lease.

Asset Management

Following a detailed inspection of the building we will provide a report summarising the condition and repairs required to the building and a 5 or 10 year asset management plan to include life cycle costs of a building. This is a very useful tool for forward planning the maintenance requirements and costs relating to large residential or commercial properties with multiple interests that are subject to annual auditing.
